We recently closed on a new home with Bobby, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. What stood out most was how he handled the high-stress moments. We hit a few challenges with a tough inspection, and Bobby was calm and strategic, helping us navigate the repairs and negotiating with the seller. It turned what could have been a deal-breaker into a manageable step in the process. Bobby’s communication is top-notch; he was always quick to respond and made us feel like his top priority. He is knowledgeable and savvy without ever being pushy. If you’re looking for a realtor who is a true advocate and a delight to work with, we cannot recommend Bobby enough!
Bobby made our first Pittsburgh home purchase a breeze. He is knowledgeable beyond expectations which proved to be invaluable, especially as we were looking at older homes in Dormont. I can confidently recommend Bobby if you are looking for a pro that walks the walk and talks the talk.
We found Bobby through an internet search. We were impressed with his demeanor from day 1. Bobby is very knowledgeable, professional, organized, easy to work with and personable. It was a pleasure working with him as our seller's agent! In the first couple of meetings, he clearly communicated with us about the process, marketing strategy he would follow, and connected us with the vendors, contractors we might need and also personally arranged with them when needed, which was very helpful for us.He guided us through the process of listing and closing the sale with appropriate guidance through out. We had moved out of town even before the house was listed. Bobby and his team did a great job with staging the house virtually and presenting it beautifully. We encountered some challenges along the way because of an old barn structure in an otherwise attractive home in a nice neighborhood. Despite these challenges, he helped us in competently navigating through the process and in staying focused on the end goal. As a result,we managed to sell the house within 2 months of listing in a slowing market at a price that was reasonably close to our listing price. The closing process was well organized, smooth and we were able to complete all this remotely without any hassles! Throughout, he communicated with just enough information we needed to stay focused, but was happy to answer our questions in greater detail anytime. We are happy that we got to work with Bobby to represent us in selling our house. Bobby is the absolute best in the biz. From our initial conversation to the final closing and everything in between, as a long-distance seller, Bobby put me at ease, handled everything and got the right price for my house. Selling a house from hundreds of miles away is a nervy experience, but not with Bobby. He was a strong advocate for me throughout the entire process. He is truly amazing at what he does, and an absolute pleasure to work with. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!
