We had heard about Bob's and thought we would check it out. It seemed like it was a nice place everyone was friendly. Until we found out the salesperson (Chaz) did not put the coordinating ottoman .on the order. While talking to the sales department I found out that he was fairly new, like that made a difference. So I had to add the ottoman to our order which I found out would not be available for 7 weeks (2 months) plus another $300. I will not recommend Bob's to anyone that I know, unless they make it right.
Very friendly and welcoming. The sales associate was helpful as well as knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us as we browse the store. Highly recommended. Dean was our associate and he was Amazing. Very excited to receive our living room suit this week! “The Viking”
I have a great experience at Bobs Discount Furniture in Lexington, KY. I was not pressured into a purchase nor followed around the store. My salesperson was patient and answered all questions I had.
This was our first time purchasing from Bob's. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and quality of the furniture they offer. Our sales associate Kelly P. Was so kind and was never pushy. She answered all of our questions and helped make our purchase fast and simple. I also like the fact that they have a manger review all the details of your order before you officially make the purchase. (An extra set of eyes is always helpful) The available delivery dates were within 1 week. I'm excited about our new sectional and can't wait for it to be delivered!
Super friendly people, good prices, quality furniture. However, when it comes to the actual furniture delivered. We have had multiple issues now. Bedroom suit was attempted to be delivered broken three times. Eventually fixed, but headboard had a stain. I gave in and told them to leave it. They gave us a small credit. We had a TV stand delivered to match our existing Montana tables. The Factory has changed the white paint, and the pieces don’t match. The new Montana White color is closer to Yellow. We ordered a couch. It showed up with stains on two pieces. They said it would be two weeks before someone could come to “Try” to clean it. If they can’t, they’ll replace. I hate to say it, but we will now be very hesitant to purchase from Bob’s again.
