The sales team and delivery team are not in sync at all!!! My husband and I bought furniture from this place. Sales team promised us one thing what we got was something else entirely, white glove service is a joke. They did not setup my furniture or take away the old mattress as promised. Items we ordered arrived with 3 different teams. The first team and Bradley ( the support staff member) promised the 2nd team would come and deliver the rest of our order and set up everything and take old mattress away. They wouldn’t touch the items that arrived first said they weren’t allowed to. Then refused to take the other mattress. The bed we sampled in the store was not the same as what was delivered, needless to say I won’t be returning EVER! Fool me once!10 out of 10 do not recommend
My salesman was Dijon. He was very nice and courteous but kind of quiet. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't choose my pillows. Since I was spending about $2800 it would have been nice to be able to pick what pillows I want.
I had the best experience with Terrance at the St. Ann store. He gave me the opportunity to browse the store and answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the products and very patient with me. Terrance was a great help with my decision making. I'm very excited for my new furniture to arrive!
I'm still waiting for the damage to be fixed and paid for by rent one. But i can definitely say the staff there was so kind to me and had great customer service. If they actually fix the game from the furniture delivery and setup in my place then i could definitely give a better score. But thank you to the people that worked with me. All of the staff there at Rent One was great with helping me with my selections and becoming a customer overall. Thank you guys so much and i love my furniture!
Staff was very helpful. Very laid back and let us view on our on (upon request) and then helped when we had questions. We got this beautiful couch. The financing was easy, and we were all set up within an hour from start to finish. Great experience. They even had complementary water and candy.
