The best delivery team hands down. Herman 10/10 is awesome sorry if your name is not spelled correctly. Always polite courteous, explains how to use BoConcept furniture . Does a very demanding job daily and does it well. Great furniture worth every penny. The main store office could be better at communicating. This is why 4 star not 5. Communication is huge part of it.

I unequivocally do not recommend purchasing from this store. We bought a sofa back in the spring and it was delivered in July. However, when it was delivered, there was a visible issue with the back cushions (there was a six inch gap between them). When I brought it up to the delivery team, they told me to ask the store. I did so immediately, calling, emailing, and providing photos of the issue. It look weeks to get a response. Dealing with customer service in store has been constantly frustrating. We have had to make dozens of calls, we never get a call back. We provided photos and measurements, but the store team demanded to come to our home to confirm the issue. Even after having done that, it took weeks to be offered a replacement cushion that they said would be delivered at the end of October. However, October has now come and gone, with no updates. When we called the store today, they have now revised the estimate to December. It is unacceptable to have to wait 5 months to fix an issue that was immediately apparent upon delivery. We spent so much time and energy researching before we made this purchase. It is very disappointing to spend a large sum of money on a new sofa and have large visible issues. It feels like BoConcept is just trying to wait us out until we give up. Most days I keep a sheet over the sofa now to stop the cushions from moving around, and to hide the gap. Save your money and your energy. Buy from a more affordable online retailer. There may still be issues, but at least then you will have paid half as much.
BoConcept has beautiful, modern Scandi, quality furniture. My latest purchase was a sofa. I booked a "design consultation" and had the pleasure of working with Brett who in addition to providing excellent professional design support (incl. a virtual mockup of my place with the sofa options so I could visualize it) is a very warm and friendly person. I came in with a set idea of what I wanted and he and his colleague Amanda (gently) nudged me to consider something different which was actually REALLY what I wanted: 3 months on, I'm so happy with my choice. He also let me know about the "loan sofa" option they offer, given that each piece is custom-made in Denmark. I took advantage of that for the couple of months while my dream sofa was being made. I highly recommend BoConcept TO store, esp. Brett and Amanda.
I’ve been working with the team for over 5 years purchasing furniture for residential amenity spaces. The experience from planning to fabric selections has been collaborative and amazing. Their design expertise and knowledge of contract grade upholstery has been crucial to the final design of every space. The furniture is durable with a great warranty. The delivery and install team always goes above and beyond to finish the space to our standards. I would recommend their furniture and services for commercial or personal projects.
