Glenda from the Fortitude Valley showroom helped us design and style the living area of our new apartment, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The choice of furniture, layout and colours gives an amazing sense of space. Glenda worked with our floorplan and made our downsizing experience very easy. The delivery was outstanding, with the carriers carefully bringing everything up in the lift and placing it perfectly. We’ve recently gone back to BoConcept in Fortitude Valley to update our master bedroom and dining room furniture. Once again Glenda has nailed the design, and we can't wait for delivery!
I visited the BoConcept store in Brisbane while over from NZ and was genuinely impressed. The atmosphere in the store is wonderful, it’s calm, beautifully laid out and thoughtfully designed. The team were super helpful, even though they knew I wouldn’t be buying from them and would order through Auckland once I got home. Still wanted to say thanks because they left a really positive impression.
I had an exceptional experience working with Glenda Robinson at BoConcept in Brisbane. Her design expertise and eye for detail were evident from the very first meeting. Glenda took the time to understand my space, style preferences, and how I wanted the room to feel, then translated that into a beautifully cohesive design that exceeded my expectations. The 2D and 3D visualisation tools she used were incredibly helpful in bringing the proposal to life — it was amazing to see how each element would work together before finalising the design. Glenda’s ability to combine creativity with practicality made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. I’m absolutely thrilled with the result and can’t speak highly enough of Glenda’s professionalism, insight, and genuine passion for design. Ryan and Glenda were so helpful in helping me find the perfect solution for my home. They walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and even provided 3D drawings so I could really see how everything would look in my home, which made such a difference. They also showed me how stylish my living room could be by suggesting a few other BoConcept pieces, and I’m so glad they did. It really helped me see the bigger picture moving forward. The whole process was honestly so easy and stress-free, right through to delivery, which was smooth and on time. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and it couldn’t have gone better. Ryan and Glenda were professional, friendly, and I really enjoyed working with them. Stephanie Pearce was an absolute pleasure to work with. It is so rare to find someone who completely gets your vision and shares the same design values. With Stephanie, it was an easy process from the start - from sitting down to review furniture, fabric and colour samples, to correspondence via phone/email, to the day of installation and styling.
