Body Balance is THAT gym. Always clean, great vibes, and the staff is hardworking, friendly, and just genuinely awesome. The spin classes are my absolute favorite because every instructor brings a totally different energy, so it never gets boring. Jonah will kick your ass in the best way possible, Kashmira is spicy and constantly reminds me that I’m a bad ass no matter what life throws at me, Savannah makes me feel girly, confident, and sexy, and Elena is a whole vibe every single time. The Strong classes are also a must, especially with Shay. Her energy is unreal and she pushes me even when I’m side-eyeing the weights and questioning my life choices. I actually look forward to coming here and making this gym part of my daily routine because it instantly makes my day better. Truly the best investment I’ve made in myself!
Body Balance Hawaii has truly changed my life. I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and have taken a wide range of classes—from cycle and barre to Pilates and strength training—and I’ve been thoroughly impressed with every single one. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and intentional in the way they teach. From the very first class, I felt welcomed and comfortable, regardless of where I was starting in my fitness journey. There was never any judgment—only encouragement and empowerment. This studio has been a lifesaver in more ways than I can even express, both physically and mentally. I genuinely cannot imagine my life or routine without Body Balance Hawaii. I’m so grateful for this community and everything they offer.
Body Balance Hawai’i is a real gem!! Rhythm cycling and Pilates reformer sessions are challenging, energizing, and expertly coached. The instructors are excellent, the vibe is welcoming, and every workout feels intentional. You leave feeling strong, aligned, and uplifted. Highly recommend for anyone in Honolulu looking for quality movement and great energy.
Love love loveee!!!! The Body Balance community is amazing. The instructors are great and motivating in every class. I would highly recommend checking this place out & taking these available classes they offer. I absolutely love their Cycle classes! High to low intensity work out + weights. The best 45 minutes you’ll get! They give upbeat and enjoyable music while encouraging everyone to cycle that works best for our body. I have been coming here for over a year now and every class never disappoints. They have a lot of class options to choose from & You will definitely will make every work out worth it. This has been my happy place and the wonderful people you will meet will make your experiece so memerable and inspiring. Highly recommend checking this place out! Located in Ala Moana Shopping Center. Lower level, lots of parking available. Class spaces do fill so recommend booking ahead of time.
I originally came here to test out the cycling class because I’ve taken them before at other gyms. I ended up LOVING not just the classes but also the instructors and members at BodyBalance. Everyone there is so welcoming and the ambience is nothing but positive and enlightening vibes! Love coming here on almost a daily bases and sometimes 2x a day! Highly recommend trying the classes if you are debating! No regrets!
