I’ve had a wonderful experience at Body & Brain. The classes are calming, energizing, and thoughtfully guided. They help me feel more centered, focused, and balanced—both physically and mentally. The instructors are kind, supportive, and truly passionate about what they teach. I always leave feeling lighter and more grounded.
I have been attending class for about a month and am hooked! I have done traditional yoga for quite some time, but I was looking for a practice that provided more depth into the well being of my body and energy. This place is legit and the teachers are wonderful. Classes are comprised of all ages and I felt welcomed from day one.
It's a great place to have yoga and meditation. I'm on my recovery and I need a slow and relax exercise. I feel getting better every time I have yoga class. The teacher- Jana is a great teacher. Ms. Ela is lovely too. Thank you.
I initially wanted to try yoga or tai chi classes but I I unexpectedly walked in the Henderson office of BnB Yoga/Tai Chi and found the best of both worlds. My main goal to taking this class is to stay mobile as I age and at my age these exercise routines are great because they are low impact. The instructor, Master Ella, I deal with is very attentive with a great personality. I highly recommend this class.
My favorite part about finding Brain & Body is how welcome I felt by the instructors and the attendees. I was not familiar with any of the various classes that they teach, but the Masters / instructors have been great at teaching me and working with my body’s current limitations. Every day that I leave class I feel my body & brain getting stronger. If you’re curious and looking for a new avenue to strengthen your body and brain, I highly suggest.
