I went to Heather for a 75 minute relaxing massage and it was a treat from the time I stepped in the door until the appointment ended. She approached our session with care, compassion and professionalism. I strength train and run and she knew how to apply the perfect pressure to give my body the care it needed. I highly recommend Heather!
Excellent experience from start to end for a first visit. I was greeted by one of the Massage Therapists Thomas, I appreciated his demeanor and the small talk, it was disarming and helped me settle into the unfamiliar setting as he checked me in. I was grateful for that. My Massage Therapist Brittny was excellent. She was understanding of my unfamiliarity with the process and was sure to ask me questions so that I was comfortable throughout the experience. I left feeling so relaxed and renewed that I actually kept my phone on Do Not Disturb for another 2 hours because I wanted to enjoy my relaxed state as long as possible. Highly recommend this location. Clean, comfortable, highly professional environment, with kind staff. If you made it this far in the review, take that as a sign to treat yourself. Money always comes back.
I can’t say enough good things about Body by Design! I’ve been a member since 2020 and it’s something I look forward to every month. Their new place is lovely. From the moment you walk in, the clean, serene environment sets the tone for a great experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming. But what has always set this place apart for me is their professionalism and skill—every therapist I’ve had is highly trained and clearly dedicated to their craft, with a commitment to ongoing education that shows in their work. Unlike some massages that I’ve had from other establishments, that can leave you feeling sore or “jacked up” the next day, I always leave here refreshed and free of soreness and tension—my body thanks me for days! If you’re looking for a top-notch massage with a team that truly cares about your well-being, this is the spot. Highly recommend!
I had a fantastic experience with Michael! He really took his time and focused on my more intense problem areas, and I could feel such a difference afterward. The Himalayan salt upgrade was amazing and added such a nice touch to the whole session. The owner, Heather, is absolutely incredible, the front desk team is awesome, and the entire environment is gorgeous and so calming. Highly recommend!
