Tony at Body Pro's Collision is outstanding !!! Tony and team did an excellent job of fixing the passenger front door and related areas. The passenger door was dented on my RX 350 along with damage to adjacent areas. Door was not functional as well. Tony and team did an incredible job. After the fix, my Lexus RX 350 was delivered shinning better than before. Tony arranged for my rental car as well, so that I was able to pick up and drop off my rental car at the Body Pros office location. Gave me copies of all the OEM receipts. Was complaint with the original estimate !!! Was helpful in dealing with the insurance company. My total experience from start to finish was really Great!!! Tony is a true professional and guided me through the repair process. Certainly, will be a repeat customer for future needs. I absolutely recommend Tony and team!!! for vehicles in need!!!
I had body work done on my Venza after an accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tony, the owner, was absolutely incredible; super friendly, honest, and made the whole process so easy. The staff was just as amazing: professional, helpful, and fast. They got my car in and out quickly, and the work they did was flawless. My car looks like it was never in an accident. I’m so grateful for their top-notch service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs.
Was extremely disappointed by my experience with Body Pro's Collision. Was steered to contact Tony by one of the Apache Sands tow yard employees. He was initially warm, thorough, and agreed to collect my vehicle from the yard to examine it. Nearly a week later, I was contacted by the same tow yard employee, stating that my vehicle had never been picked up. I shared that Tony already said he'd pick it up on the day we spoke, and he offered to follow up. Moments later, Tony calls to say there was an issue, so he didn't get the car. I am disappointed because no contact was made to me in all that time passed. This kind of disorganization and lack of communication is not good for business. Be advised.
Amazing job installing the rear lip spoiler on my LS500. Tony & his staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with and I'm so incredibly pleased that the local Lexus dealership referred me to him. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future needs/recommendations for our cars. Highly recommended. ***UPDATED 4-1-25*** My car's bumper recently got scratched from our garage door and Tony's crew mended it beautifully, it's like it never happened!!! They truly do AMAZING work and pride themselves in quality & efficiency, true professionals. Always a pleasure dealing with Body Pros Collison. Tony's the BEST in town, no need to go anywhere else 4 our vehicles...thank you again!!! 😉
Tony is amazing. We were driving home from picking up our brand new Lexus from a Cali dealership. We blew a tire on the I10, and had it towed to Body Pro’s. He was extremely knowledgeable on the insurance process, estimate process, and fixing our car back to brand new. Legit had 200 miles on it and was already at the body shop! They put new bumpers on, new wheel and tire, and made the girl look like she did before the blow out. I highly recommend Tony and Body Pros.
