Had them, look at my car for making a very loud weird noise, they claimed they ran diagnostics and that I needed a new engine for 8k I said I was gonna get a second opinion and I picked up my car, no car mat or anything (I’m pretty sure they didn’t even look at it). Also the worker was incredibly rude. Took my car to Peterson Chevy and they told me it was just a bent radiator fan which they fixed for 300 bucks, which ended up being the actual fix not a whole new engine. This happened in 2022 but I’m still incredibly pissed off by these thieves and wouldn’t recommend anybody going to them.
They put a new leak in my oil, and I didn't even need an oil change. I brought my car here prior to a road trip to AZ, mostly to get my spark plugs replaced bc I needed it, but asked them to double check my oil, tires, and breaks. They offered to change my tires, I told them no and got it cheaper elsewhere. My oil was empty on the way back from Arizona so I had to buy some at a gas station, and it's been a slow leak ever since. This was like 5 months ago but the problem started right after I took my car here.
Great experience overall! Joe and Erwin were wonderful to work with. Honest about the issue we brought our car there for, it actually did not have anything wrong. We will definitely be taking our vehicles here for our regular maintenance for now on.
If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re truly missing out on top-quality work and unbeatable customer satisfaction. I originally bought a battery from them back in 2020, and when it finally failed in 2025, I returned with my warranty paperwork in hand. Joe took a moment to look things over, spoke with the manager, and—believe it or not—they honored the warranty after five years and gave me a brand-new battery! That kind of honesty and integrity is almost unheard of these days. It’s rare to find a business that stands by its products and values its customers the way these folks do. With service like that, I wouldn’t hesitate to trust them with any future work. Highly recommended!
Amazing shop in the treasure valley. Great maintenance plans. Took great care of my vehicle and communicated all the changes needed and with no pressure. Understood my needs financially and made sure the work performed was thorough. Thank you James and crew 😀
