Raj with Boise Computer Care was excellent to work with. I had a complex issue with my gaming desktop that he was able to diagnose and fix within a couple hours. He was great at communicating the issue and really knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone experiencing issues with their computer.

Raj was a friendly and did a great job identifying the issue with my laptop. He also was able to install a new drive into my desktop with a new windows OS with no problem. Best part was this was all done the same day!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to Raj to fix my laptop's back panel because it was cracked at the hinge. I left my laptop for repair and came back to pick it up, only to be notified that, in the process of replacing the back panel, he had cracked my screen. He assured me he would replace the screen free of charge. When I went to pick up my laptop for the second time, I had someone else pick it up for me because Raj's hours were very particular. After receiving my laptop, I was immediately disapproving. The screen he replaced on my laptop was not an OEM screen and had a maximum display of 1366 x 768 when it should have been 1920 x 1080. Additionally, he cracked the corner of my back panel, thus making the back panel yet again broken. At this point, I was so fed up that I requested a refund, which he denied and asked for one more chance. Foolishly, I gave him another chance, and this time he bought the correct screen and decided to replace the entire back panel instead of replacing the screen with the new one. Idk if he was doing it wrong, couldn't fix the drivers, or messed up the hardware, but in doing so, he made the keyboard stop working. SO he decided to leave my laptop as is and said, sorry. That was the best he could do. To this day, I have not received a refund; my camera, Bluetooth, and microphone do not function correctly, my display is stuck at 1366 x 768, and my back panel is STILL broken. I paid this guy 220 dollars for this. My recommendation is DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY.

Raj is incredible! I live in California with my elderly mom living in Boise - he came to our aide immediately! Raj is an incredible person! He is a great communicator, professional, helpful and patient, timely, and truly a blessing. He kept me abreast of what he was doing with my mom which brought me solace being so far away. He repaired my mom’s computer and made her feel like she made a new friend at the same time. I appreciate everything he did for both of us. He’s our computer guy now and always.

Also he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I went to some other places and felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and sell me things I didn't need.
