We had waited quite a long while for our garage roofing project to start due to low temperatures and days of snow and rain. However, when the right day came along the work crew appeared promptly and worked industriously to start and finish the job. The crew leader was very personable and the workers were friendly and courteous. Except for the awful and unseasonable weather, I don't know how things could have gone better. A shout out to Juan Gómez, who was wonderful to work with.
Excellent service by Bone Dry Roofing. I had Greg Wafford come over and look at my home for both roof repair and gutter evaluation. He did an excellent job making the right suggestions for both services. Juan Gomez was the technician who did a great job repairing the nail out shingle replacement. Today, Moises came in and did an excellent job cleaning, resealing the gutter as well as installing a brand new downspout. Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians. I would highly recommend Bone Dry roofing based on my experience. Only thing is one should be willing to wait for the services execution since they are super busy and would take weeks out to do the service.
We are very pleased with the roof itself. However, upon roof construction, our overhang overtop our porch is now slanted downward. After sending the pictures of this, as well as sending pictures from the inspection performed prior to roof placement to serve as a reference point (which illustrated an obvious difference), they denied any accountability. It possibly could be attributed to the beer that the roofing crew was drinking. The process leading up to the roof placement was made simple. However, after an agreement on the roof, any time I attempted to contact the company and/or contractor, nobody answered or returned my call.
I am very happy with the service I received by Bone Dry Roofing! All the people from this company that I have talked to and or encountered have been very professional. All appointments were on time when promised. They kept me completely informed throught the process of replacing my roof along with photo documentation. They took great care in protecting my personal property and landscaping along with extensive cleanup of all debris. I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing...I am very pleased with their services!!
Bone Dry Roofing gave me a quote, which I accepted. They came on the day they said they would, and was on time. Also finished in a timely manner. They cleaned up the mess too! I’m pleased with the look of the gutters. They seem to be working well. I would recommend Bone Dry Roofing to others!
