We have been using Boston fetch for years and have literally never had a single issue. Every walker has been wonderful with our dog and accessing our home. Their flexibility in scheduling is also so helpful. We are so grateful they are in the neighborhood and they give us such piece of mind with their professionalism and care for our dog ❤️
Don't be fooled by the name! Boston Fetch also offers great in home cat-sitting. I've been super happy with their visits and their communication with us. Highly recommend!
We’ve been using Boston Fetch for over two years, from when we lived in Jamaica Plain to after we moved to downtown Boston. Our corgi, Nomi, has been so happy with her walkers, and it’s clear they genuinely love and care for her. The team is professional, reliable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure she’s well taken care of. It’s been amazing to see how excited Nomi gets when her walker arrives—she truly adores them! The regular updates, photos, and attention to detail make a huge difference, giving us peace of mind when we’re at work or traveling. My dog Henry is 11 years old and I’ve always had a hard time finding people who are trustworthy and reliable for his walks. I’ve tried many of the local doggy daycares and dog walking services and Boston Fetch is by far the best of the best. Henry is thrilled each time he’s picked up for his walk and for a pup with anxiety that’s all I can ask for! It’s amazing to get to see pictures of what he’s been up to and be emailed a map and description of the walk itself. He meets new puppy friends and I don’t worry about him at all. They are reliable, show up when they say they will, and often treat him to a longer outing or a sit in the cool grass when time allows. The app is easy to us and communication feel natural and authentic. So happy Henry has Boston Fetch friends!
We are so happy with our experience with Boston Fetch! Jen has been so sweet with our puppy and getting her used to having someone else come into the home and handle her. We always come home to a happy and calm puppy. Also I really appreciate the detailed notes and photos that are taken to document the visit. Photos attached were taken during puppy visits :)
