I will never come back here. Both gel manicure and pedicure were sloppy. I told the technician multiple times that I have sensitive nail beds and to be careful when cutting cuticles. The tech took off SO much skin causing multiple bleeds. On top of that she repeatedly kept scratching and pushing back my nail bed and applying acetone in the areas I was bleeding, causing painful burning. I never complain about my services but this is the first and last time I’ll ever come here. The prices do not match the quality.
I have officially had three appointments at BNS, and my experience has been AMAZING each time! I have been seeing My, who always exceeds my expectations based on my reference pics. Everyone working there is extremely nice and it makes my two hour long appointments breeze by. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of time and detail put into each set I have gotten. The nail artists here are truly ARTISTS! All of my sets have lasted until my next appointment without popping off or chipping. I’m so happy to have found a forever salon so close to me that can truly execute any request you have!!
I have been coming to BNS for around 7 years now and they are truly the best in Boston. I get gel x extensions and I see My who is amazing. They can execute any nail art inspo I bring them, are meticulous, and also amazing at mixing colors to get that perfect shade. They also have a great eye and I trust them fully. My set always lasts because it is so well done!
I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and have had great service all around. I’m very loyal to My though, who is simply fantastic. They’re gentle, thorough, and artistic. Nails look great every time and they’re so kind and fun to talk to; they really make it enjoyable. Highly recommend for all nail services and especially nail art. My, you’re the best!
I have been coming here and getting my nails done for years, and there is truly nothing like this place. The staff is professional, the place is clean, it is such a joy to spend money here and the service I receive is always incredible. I have been going to My, and their work is always PERFECT. I absolutely love supporting them and can’t wait to come back.
