I had an amazing experience at Botoxie and want to highlight how impressed I was with both the treatments and the team, especially Nurse Shalane. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive throughout my journey to address acne, scarring, and hyperpigmentation. I truly felt cared by Shalane. I received both the Morpheus8 package and the Pico Deep Fractional Laser. While each treatment offered benefits, I noticed a more significant improvement in my skin tone and texture with the Pico laser. It helped fade stubborn pigmentation and smooth out scarring. I also lost weight (unrelated to the treatment) during the Morpheus8 sessions, but I believe the tightening under my chin was enhanced by the treatment itself. The Botoxie team was very accommodating with my schedule. They sent helpful reminders and made the process seamless. The office is exceptionally clean, and the front desk staff is warm and welcoming. They take pride in educating clients about each procedure, which made me feel confident and informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Botoxie to anyone looking to invest in their skin with a team that truly cares.
Love botoxie! Cathy is amazing at what she does!! I reccomend her to everyone now. She is super sweet and makes you feel totally comfortable the entire treatment. Want to shout out their management and their incredible customer service. I had a slight miscommunication about a price of an add on. Which totally happens and I was just gunna take the add on off for budget reasons but the manager came in and told me she would honor the price i was given on the phone. Just really above and beyond from them and was not expecting that at all. I won’t be going anywhere else for my botox or skin treatments.
I recently had a treatment with Nidia, and it was a great experience! She was so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and made me feel really comfortable throughout the process. The treatment itself was much more painless than I expected, and I felt like I was in great hands the whole time. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to try Morpheus
I had an amazing experience with Nurse Nidia! I came in for facial balancing, receiving filler and tox. She was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable in her care as you can tell how knowledgeable she was. I’ve received many aesthetic treatments before so I could definitely tell the difference in how light handed she was! I’m in love with my results and could not be happier. All of my friends and family keep saying how glowy and more refreshed I look but that they can’t put a finger on exactly what is new 🥰 which is exactly what you want to hear after some treatments!!! Highly recommend!
Botoxie is amazing! I saw Cathy for a lip filler treatment, not only was the service top notch by Cathy, but the front desk was so friendly, made me feel comfortable as a new customer and explained everything in detail. They provide great work and results in a welcoming environment. Cathy was superb, we chatted like friends and she gave me a thorough rundown of their lip filler options and allowed me to take the time to choose based on my goals. The results were perfect! I am planning to come back for many more fun treatments with Cathy in coming months/years!
