My experience was wonderful from start to finish. I have a 2018 Pacifica, which is no longer under the manufacturer warranty. I set up an appointment to bring the van in, by 10 AM. They had an estimate complete with Line item charges and a video to help me understand the issue. The van was ready the very next day for pick up. The dealership has in the past had the van tied up for weeks making repairs. This was a refreshingly, transparent repair.

I’ve always felt a little too broke to risk it with a mechanic—reviews vary so much and can be scary! If I needed anything serious done I just went to the dealer. Expensive, so I got behind on regular maintenance beyond oil changes. Out of a job and brakes feeling funny, my neighbor who used to run a muffler shop recc’d Boudreaux’s. I had a great experience and a good amount of work done (very fast!) and to my eye a good price. Picked the car up late Friday and by the time I was home, they were closed and I realized my low pressure light was still on. Texted um. They texted back Monday morning! I took it back for a double check free of charge and we figured out what was up (no fault if there’s). Very excited to have a go-to mechanic I can rec!

Probably my best experience with a mechanic yet. The guys at Boudreaux’s are skilled, professional and efficient. They did great work. Their prices were fair and worth every single penny knowing the work was done right. Of course I hope my truck never breaks down again but if it does I know who I’m calling. It couldn’t be easier- just make an appointment and they’ll take good care of you!

The staff and mechanics at Boudreaux’s are incredible. The greatest gift is that they are honest, professional and skilled… the best possible combo you would look for in a mechanic. I trusted them with all the cars we use for our family and now my family and friends use them. Best choice ever!
