It is a very fun place for kids of all ages, my 2 year old and 13 year old loved it. However, we got there right when it opened and the place was not clean at all. There were pieces of chicken nuggets, bobby pins, stains, dried gum(?), and wads of lint and dust on the trampolines. The plexiglass was full of hand prints. The roller slide needs a serious power wash. Not sure when the last time the balls in the ball pit were cleaned.
I was reading all other reviews and that’s not what we have experienced at Bounce Bounce. My daughter & Niece & a Friend Have Been There Several times. Each time the staff is not friendly & that is rude right off the bat. I also saw 3 or 4 of the staff members just standing around when they had a line or my daughter & neice needed help and they were not quick to be helpful And they even seem like they are not happy to be there. The Staff needs to step it up because this is an honest review of what I experienced in that place. It’s a great & convenient place for us to go to for the younger adults/kids but they need to be treated better and also be respected.Thank You.
Bounce Bounce in Missouri City absolutely won us over! 💛 Took my little Colin Bug last week and we had such a blast. We went on a Thursday night, so the crowd was super light — zero complaints there. But honestly, even if it gets packed on weekends, I can see why… this place has so many fun options. The trampolines? 🔥 The arcade? 🎮 The whole setup? Perfect for kids who just wanna bounce out all that energy. Most importantly: Colin LOVES it here. Watching him run around, jump, laugh, and explore made my whole day. This spot is definitely going into our regular rotation! The staff was friendly, helpful, and really attentive. And the place? Clean, well-kept, and safe — which means everything to me as a parent. Huge thank you to Bounce Bounce for giving us such an awesome experience. We’ll be back… probably a lot. 😄✨
The staff is great, the place is buzzing with kids everywhere having a great time! My favorite spot to take my niece and nephew and it's because they have the Hamster Wheel! If you haven't been, the place has it all!!! Trampoline, mini roller coaster, the hamster wheel and so much more!
Took my son here on a field trip to burn some energy. the atmosphere is great. Just be sure you’re in shape to keep up with the kids as indoor pool massage chairs 10.00, birthday areas and games. Plenty of entertainment for family and friends place seem to be clean and hygienic no food or drinks from outside is allowed. Parents must sign a waiver for kids to play. Music selections could be better.
