Thank you Brenda & Team! We hosted a backyard party for 100 kids, complete with inflatable water slides. The team at Bounce really saved the day after another well-known but flaky company tried to cancel on us the night before. Trust us - don’t use anyone else - just use Bounce because they actually deliver. Amazing!

We had an amazing time with the Bounce Events Bouncy Castle! Firstly, I was nervous because we ordered last minute and Brenda was very accommodating and took our request. The delivery was smooth, swift and excellent! No issues with the Bouncy Castle and the pick up also was smooth and efficient. We had the castle for over 40 children at our church and they followed the instructions and had an amazing time! Many thanks to Brenda and Joe! I 200% recommend Bounce Events! Brenda is a sweetheart ❤️

More then me and my kids could have ever dreamed of!!!!! I would first like to say THANK YOU! You where able to help me give my daughter her dream Birthday party!!! Absolutely amazing customer service, from helping me with the online stuff to the set up and take down of the Bouncy house. I am 100% going to recommend this company to every person I know. Because everything went so smoothly, The only recommendation I can think of to better the company is to maybe have some business cards when setting up, so I could hand them out to parents friends and family at the party, and in my nabourhood. Other then that this company is more then reliable flexible and they are devoted to making sure your event gose as planned. My favorite would have to be the lady I spoke with on the phone, (Brenda) she was outstanding, and cared for my daughters birthday party as much as I did!! We are so blessed to have had the opportunity to enjoy this! We will for ever be greatful! THANKS AGAIN

Bounce Events & Party Rentals did a great job delivering our bouncy castle on time, setting it up as well as picking it up right when they said they would. Communication was easy and always helpful. Kids loved the castle!

Im so glad i read the reviews because everyone was spot on about Brenda! She is an absolute delight to work with, she was super patient and guided us through our options. We had a risk of rain but thankfully the weather pulled through and the kids has the best time on the bouncy castle + slide! Thank you Bounce Events Team!
