My kids love bounce and overall it’s a good place, however the party gate is always left open and after attending a couple of birthday parties here now, it seems that some of the local drug addicts from the area come in, I’m guessing to look for parents bags to steal whilst they watch their kids play? Or to shoot up in the toilet? Who knows. I attended a party a few months ago and saw a few dodgy people come in, no kids in sight but leave sure after a few parents looked at them. Maybe they were lost, who knows. However, last weekend I attended an another party here, only to see another shifty looking fella come in and he was looking around the party area, whilst keeping his head down, face partially hidden under his baseball cap. As there were no staff and clearly he was up to no good I asked him what he was up to. His reply was “looking for my kids, why you the cops, in a rather aggressive tone”, whilst chewing his face off. He then walked into the men’s toilets, before exiting 5-6 minutes later and heading straight out the door, again keeping his head down. Clearly he wasn’t looking for his kids. Luckily no children used the toilet whilst he was in there. I found myself guarding the toilet to ensure no kids went in, whilst looking for a member of staff without leaving the area. I did go and notify one member of staff after he left, who said “Yes it’s Cannington, there are heaps round here, we can’t lock the gate as its the party entrance but we’ll keep a look out”, he did also thank me for letting him know, but I don’t feel like what I said was a surprise to him. You really need to look at this for the safety of the kids that are here. You either need to have a staff member at the party gate when it’s open, or keep it locked. I’m sure parents can go up and round which would be much safer. The CCTV also looks very old and does not cover the party gate area very well (I was a security consultant for 10 years), and I doubt any staff monitor it for the children’s safety? I also agree with other comments that the place could be cleaner.
My four year old kids love coming here, and we bring them often. Just a question for the random groups of teenage boys which inevitably run around the mini bouncer zone, playing roughly and falling all over the place - what’s the appeal of invading the under 5’s space? Perhaps staff could monitor this more closely as I’ve never seen staff anywhere near the mini bouncer area in all the times I’ve been there with my little ones. Otherwise no other complaints, it’s affordable and great fun for the kids.
After experiencing rude and discriminatory behaviour from a staff member, I raised a formal complaint with the store manager. Although the manager did reply, the response was very generic and dismissive, and there was no indication that the issue would be taken seriously or investigated. I felt that my concerns about unfair and discriminatory treatment were not acknowledged or addressed at all. This is extremely disappointing and not the level of professionalism I would expect from BOUNCE.
Bounce Cannington! 🎉 Our two party hosts, Court and Bella, were amazing，super friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. The kids absolutely loved them! They went above and beyond to help us, even assisting with serving food and cutting the cake. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to them. Highly, highly recommend Bounce Cannington for anyone planning a fun and stress-free party! 🎂💖
Good place to visit. Need more lighting inside; it's a bit dark at some corners. Ordered a cappuccino, but was served some latte (made with syrup). However, I can understand that things could happen due to the busy weekend.
