We rented a dunk tank. The weld on the cage hinges broke the second time someone was dunked. The tarp had two leaks we had to tape up. Very disappointing and I will be looking for a full refund Update: Bouncin Bins offered us a full credit refund

Our guests really enjoyed the experience of the snow cone and popcorn machines that we rented from Bouncin Bins. The kids especially went crazy for the snow cones! I coordinated pickup up of the rental equipment in SE, but the kind staff I met there offered to assist me by offering pickup on the return day because he was going to be in my neighborhood, which was greatly appreciated!!! When he discovered that the scoop that should be included with snow cone rental was missing during pickup process , he delivered replacement to my front porch. Outstanding. We enjoyed having these items at our celebration which made it extra special and fun!

These guys were fantastic; the bounce houses were the perfect addition to our company picnic, and they arrived on time and picked up in a timely manner.
