A heads up and warning to anybody that decides to get flowers from here. My experience here with an employee by the name of George has been horrendous. He rushes you to get you your flowers and get you out of the store. As someone who sells flowers he has no sense of empathy. If you still decide to come here due to convenience, i highly suggest you deal with Cathy rather than George!
This was hands down the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff was unbelievably rude, impatient, and straight up disrespectful. I was treated like I was bothering them just for being there. No help, no professionalism, just nasty attitudes and zero care for customers. A flower shop should be welcoming, not hostile. I walked out angry and disappointed, and I will NEVER be coming back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
Charming flower shop with excellent service, high quality plants/flowers and reasonably priced! The poinsettia I ordered for a memorial mass was outstanding and is still looking fresh 3 weeks later!
I *try* to come in most Fridays to grab some fresh color for the house. They always have a great selection of loose stems for me to choose from and try new things with and are super friendly (treats for the dog as well, of course.) Just a really great local shop by any measure.
I love this place and always find something special for any occasion. The owners went above and beyond to order the exact flowers I needed for my son’s wedding and the bride’s bouquet and flowers for decoration were absolutely beautiful! Thank you!
