We traveled from Los Angeles to Nashville for my wife’s birthday, and Bourbon Steakhouse by Michael Mina made the trip completely worthwhile. Located on the 34th floor of the JW Marriott, the city views were incredible and created the perfect setting for a special night. Nick the quick haha, the manager, was absolutely fabulous — welcoming, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. Our server Zavyon provided excellent service and menu suggestions that were spot on. The food was phenomenal. The Delmonico ribeye was bursting with natural flavor, and the pan-seared sea bass was the best I’ve ever had. The creamed spinach was superb and paired perfectly with our meal. And the highlight of the evening: the fat-washed wagyu smoked Old Fashioned — the presentation was truly one of a kind and unforgettable. Service, atmosphere, and food were all top-tier. Even traveling from LA, I can honestly say this experience made the trip worth it. Thank you Bourbon Steakhouse 👏🏿

This one of a kind dining experience took our breath away! From start to finish the hospitality and attention to detail was incredible! Our server Jennifer was so attentive, purely genuine. I loved that she gave her overview but then asked what we were thinking- her recommendations made our New Year’s Eve dinner very memorable! The Blanton’s cart was the cherry on top of our evening! I highly recommend this establishment. One of my all time favorite experiences ever!

The view alone is worth the visit—elevated, expansive, and a perfect backdrop for a special night. The duck fat fries were a standout: perfectly crisp, rich without being heavy, and genuinely memorable. Service was attentive and gracious throughout; our server was personable, professional, and clearly took pride in making the evening feel special. The team went out of their way to acknowledge our anniversary, which added a thoughtful, personal touch that didn’t feel scripted. Overall, Bourbon Steak combines excellent food, polished service, and a beautiful setting into a dining experience that feels truly celebratory. One of our best dinners…ever. Views from the cocktail bar and restaurant are stunning. Service is impeccable. Creative cocktail menu and extensive Old Fashioned choices. Went with the Blanton’s Gold and then did the Reserve which is smoked and prepared table side. The bacon appetizer was delicious and we also had Duck Fries as lagniappe. We had two filets and the puree potatoes. Our table neighbors got the Lobster pot pie and said it was incredible as well. We should have gotten one filet and the Lobster and split them!!! The staff was friendly and helpful and offered great suggestions for dinner. It is on the pricey end but is worth it!!! For a special evening in Nashville, you can’t go wrong with Bourbon Steak.
