Do NOT have a party here. We were concerned right away when they tried to say they didn’t have record of us having a party today, even though we had been in touch with someone repeatedly about it all week. Then when they found it they had no clue what was included. The package was supposed to include pizza, soda, and ice cream, they didn’t give us ice cream, the pizza was 45 minutes late, and they tried to tell us there was a cap on how much soda we were allowed when the package said unlimited. They never comped the missing ice cream. One of our lanes was broken for almost the entirety of our time and we had to ask multiple times (4xs) for it to be fixed before anyone even came out. The space was not cleaned before and had pizza on the floor and dirty counter tops. When we asked for compensation for the missing items and broken lane we got a coupon. Extremely disappointed, honestly felt like we got robbed. Thanks!
I really like this bowling alley. In fact, I like it so much that I'm using it as the homebase for my bowling club that we made. The staff has always been helpful & the food is always great. The bartender is friendly and makes tasty drinks. Bathrooms are clean as well. Would highly recommend this bowling alley.
I took a work group here and I want to start by saying Phil is a champion. He is professional, accommodating, calm in times of chaos, and followed up with issues we had right away. This guy took a 2-star experience and made it 5+. There was another guy that couldn't care less about being there. Thats fine, a job is a job.. However, I paid for 4 lanes and had a receipt, but the guy argued that it was 3. He then didn't offer to get shoes so I awkwardly said okay, may I have a size 10? He proceeded to give me 2 shoes that had a range higher than 10, we're different sizes, and were torn to shreds. Thanks dude. On top of that, 1 of our 4 lanes did not work from the start. Thats fine, we had less people than expected, but it did create a gap in our lanes. Oh well. 1 additional lane broke down and it was a struggle to get this guy to get it fixed. It took 15 min plus, and during this time, our bowling clock was ticking down. Here comes Phil though, with a smile on his face and a posture that welcomed my concerns. He fixed everything, gave us more bowling time, checked in after to make sure everything was going okay, all while handling our pizza order and whatever else was happening at the facility. It was busy, but he was on top of it. Thank you for a great time, Phil.
Bob in the Proshop is 5 star! Most of the staff is really great. Unfortunately, the new ownership group doesn’t have a clue. This place used to be great. They’ve cut hours, raised prices and don’t offer any bowling deals to get people in the door to spend money. Why did they lose 150 league bowlers? Poor ownership. I’m guessing they are waiting to be bought out so the place can be flattened for new apartments. Please support Viking, Spartan, Dreamlanes, Waunabowl, Ten Pin or any other place that has somewhat of a clue what is going on. Like I said, Bob and some of the other staff are great but they all know this place has gone to shit and the Owners know it and don’t care about the paying customer and their staff.
My boyfriend and I have been coming here regularly for 3 yrs. We consistently choose it over a closer location because the experience is simply unmatched. Every single employee makes a point to stop and say hello, making us feel genuinely welcome and appreciated every time we walk through the door. Phil, and all of his staff do an amazing job. He exemplifies what great customer service is all about. Everyone has such a great work ethic . They are so pleasant, friendly, and ensuring everything is taken care of for all the guests. It's easy to write a review when something goes wrong, but it’s important to share positive experiences, too. We love coming here, and the incredible, personalized service from the entire team. Will continue to be loyal customers for years to come! WE HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMING HERE!
