My family and I went to Bowlounge in downtown Fort Worth because they were advertising a Taco Tuesday special that offered half-price bowling and half-price tacos. My wife saw the promotion and made a reservation for Monday. The next day, we arrived, bowled, and ordered tacos. Although my wife had reserved two hours, we were initially booked for only one. That wasn’t a big issue—I went to the desk, and they added the extra hour without a problem. However, when it was time to pay, the total was much higher than expected. When we asked the attendant about it, she told us that the Taco Tuesday special only applied to walk-ins. We showed her the website, which did not mention anything about the deal being limited to walk-ins. She said she understood and explained that this same issue happens every Tuesday, but there was nothing she could do. We then asked to speak with a manager. The manager also said there was nothing he could do. He explained that the reservation rate is excluded from the special. When we asked how a customer could know that based on the website, he admitted that they couldn’t. That felt very deceptive, especially since they are aware the website is unclear but choose not to correct it. I’ve enjoyed Bowlounge in the past, but we won’t be returning. We don’t appreciate what feels like intentional deception.
Our group had so much fun playing pickleball here. The staff was attentive and the drinks and food were great. Highly recommend the empress 45. And the quesadillas.
Visited Bowl Lounge to celebrate my birthday with family and had an amazing time! The smash tacos were 10/10. We bowled and played pickleball. The pickleball courts were well lit and I like that there was lounge seating nearby. Highly recommend this place for a fun night out!
Our party had a great time. Hanging out at the bar and then playing a couple rounds of bowling. The appetizers and food we ordered were tasty and most drinks were good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
This location was one of the once advertised in the “date night” passport on Dallas 101. We came here with zero expectations and it was actually so much fun !! The atmosphere is very nice and the music is not too loud so you can absolutely have a full on conversation with your date/ friends without having to scream. The food was very good and they have options upon options for drinks. Also $2 jello shots ! How fun !
