I hired Karol from Boys in Bristol as I needed a photographer to do a brand shoot for me, as I was launching a solo business. I was really taken by their website and liked the darker/moodier style of their photos, as well as the urban locations within Bristol. I was a very nervous subject and don't typically enjoy my photo being taken! On the initial call with Karol he put me at ease and explained how the shoot would work, which made me much more relaxed about the process. He was very communicative and flexible, and had a lot of great ideas on how the shoot could take place. I gave him my brief, a colour palette and he understood the feel I was trying to convey and he kept this in mind throughout the shoot. He created a relaxed atmosphere during the shoot and kept showing me what he was doing and explaining his methods, all whilst keeping my vision in mind. The process of reviewing the photos after was really straightforward and all went very smoothly. I was so impressed with the quality of the photos and they look fabulous on my new website. I'd highly recommend Karol for any new, nervous entrepreneur who needs a skilled, supportive photography professional for their first shoot!

After spotting a last minute opportunity for a press release for my app - for World Mental Health Day, Boys In Bristol helped with an incredibly quick turnaround for a photo shoot. Not only did they respond almost immediately to the enquiry, they were able to book us in very quickly at our own location - travelling to us with no issues. While working with us - they were absolute professionals, using great communication and also being incredibly creative and fun to work with. They sent the pictures within 48 hours, in a really easy to use format, and were able to help with post-production too!
