Here is my honest review of Trey as a buyer client. Trey helped us buy our first home in Texas! He is meticulous, hard-working, loving, and knowledgeable. He guided us on negotiations, handled the bulk of our communications, and ensured we were protected legally. He is likely one of the top realtors in Austin, possibly top 3. My only feedback is that he practice calling out uncool behavior from seller agents on the spot. Ultimately, I’ll take Trey over the other realtors for Trey believes in and upholds excellence, a trait that is waning in this world. I highly recommend Trey for a home buyer; you are in good hands with him. 5 stars.
Working with Toni Sepeda was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome. Communication was always clear and timely, and every question we had was answered thoroughly and honestly. She guided us through each step of the process with confidence, handled negotiations skillfully, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication truly set her apart. We felt supported and well-represented the entire time and would confidently recommend her to anyone renting, buying, or selling a home. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again in the future.
We worked with Elizabeth Michael to find a rental home! Elizabeth was amazing to work with while finding a house to rent. We had told Elizabeth two areas were were interested in living and she set up the home search with what we were looking for 2 months before we were ready to rent so it was easy to navigate, not overwhelming, and gave us plenty of time to find the right house for us. She was quick to respond to our many questions and texts in a timely manner. Once the time came and we were ready to rent and we decided which houses we liked best, Elizabeth arranged tours for us to go and look at each of the houses. While looking around, Elizabeth was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at renting in. After touring the houses, we were able to fill out the rental application the same day we decided which house we wanted to rent. Elizabeth was instrumental in helping us find our rental home. She made what could have been a very difficult process, feel super easy.
Sally Pierce with Bramlett Partners is an excellent agent in every way! She was friendly, professional, caring, and pro-active in every step in selling our house. The first time we met with Sally, she explained the process to sell our home, laid out her plan to attract qualified buyers quickly and managed our expectations in this current market. From pictures & staging to marketing materials & showings to offer negotiation & closing, Sally was quick to keep us informed and was always available for questions & concerns. Sally often checked on us to see how we were doing with selling the home we loved and she also was very pro-active in monitoring & addressing details to make sure closing happened on time. Sally was a wonderful advocate & tremendous blessing to us!
