Brasão Brazilian Steakhouse

I was browsing for a new spot to take my husband for his birthday and Brasão did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the two host in the front who were very sweet. We got sat right away & were attended by our wonderful server Gustavo. He was polite, attentive and overall helpful with our experience there. I’m so glad to have taken my husband there. He was definitely satisfied. We will definitely be back!

I regularly go to well-known steakhouses, including famous Brazilian steakhouses, and I don’t write bad reviews lightly. I don’t want to damage any restaurant’s reputation unfairly. That’s why seeing a 4.9 rating here was shocking, because my experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, the staff was rude and extremely pushy, constantly trying to sell us things we did not ask for. Even bottled water was forced on the table. We took one sip, and they immediately brought another bottle without asking. Everything felt like an upsell. We originally asked for the regular $49 menu, but the waiter strongly pushed the $79 menu, promising 17 different premium meats. We trusted the recommendation and agreed. What followed was a complete disappointment. We were repeatedly served cheap, low-quality meats, clearly the same cuts from the $49 menu, seemingly to fill us up. When we asked where the premium meats included in the $79 option were, we were told they were “still cooking.” This excuse kept being repeated and felt completely dishonest. The buffet was extremely poor, almost empty, with no variety and no fresh salads. Nothing justified the price or the hype. I’ve eaten at Brazilian steakhouses for $29 that were far better — those places deserve 5 stars compared to this one.

What a wonderful experience. Was there celebrating my 10yr sober anniversary. Our server Eric right away took away the drink menu, and never offered my GF’s a drink. The level of respect was incredible. The salad bar was incredible. Clean and fully stocked. The bacon will make you cry tears of joy. Once the meat came it came fast and often. You won’t leave here hungry for 24hrs at least. A must go to.

What an amazing experience we had for my son's birthday. The drinks are handcrafted and literally on fire and just amazing . The salad bar was fresh and had unique combinations different than regular salad bars. The meat was so good and such a variety we just sat there with full stomaches . We will return . Party of 12 .

High quality meat. (definitely try the lamb) the service is top notch. The grilled pineapple was very good as well! Definitely come here with your stomach empty!
