I live out of state and needed a plant delivered to a friend. Website ordering was seamless, no phone call needed. Beautiful plant delivered the same day. Received prompt delivery confirmation from company and my friend. Highly recommend!
Won't do that again, ordered Valentine's Day flowers at 6 am, flowers came February 15th, I couldn't get an answer on Valentine's Day, called the next day, delivery driver lied about coming to my house. Flowers didn't come until LATE afternoon on the 15th...ruined the whole Valentine's. This place was even my first job as a teenager in the 90s, I chose this place because well I worked there as teenager. Anyway, I'll just go elsewhere
Amazing job. They didn’t know I placed an order the day before and made time to fulfill it just before they closed. I recommend this business highly for being friendly and professional
We ordered a Purple Passion flower arrangement to be delivered to our out-of-state elderly auntie. What we got was not even remotely close to what was in their website photo. We got ugly cheap flowers thrown into an ugly 1970s dated vase that looked like it was arranged by a 10 yr. old. We also paid for a balloon, but that was never received. My sister talked to a rude staff member named Lenore (?). This unprofessional staff said she would have Alice (owner) call her back. Never received that call back, and they won't answer their phones, even though we have called at least 10-12 times over the course of two days. They probably have caller ID and are avoiding us. NEVER AGAIN! If we lived in Detroit, we would have never accepted these dusty flowers, let alone paid $80 for the total order. We could've gotten this crap from a grocery store for maybe $30. We believe in supporting Black owned businesses, but not when they aren't professional.
I am nearly two years late writing this review but it’s never too late to share good praise. My mom introduced me to Brazelton’s. I needed a florist to provide flowers for my wedding. I’m so blessed to have been introduced to this organization. With short notice the team here was able to create a beautiful bouquet for me, beautiful bouquets for my bridesmaids, pieces for the groomsmen and corsages for my mom and mother and law. They also created a beautiful centerpiece for my head table. I am so happy and eternally grateful. I recommend this business to anyone.
