I love this place. Been going to the in Ardmore before coming to this main street location. I’ve had a great experience every appt. And I’m always in and out for the most part.
I went in for the first time unsure of what to expect aside from the reviews I saw online. I had a fantastic experience with Jessica. She was professional and kind and super engaged- she made my trip a delight by keeping me comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend her and the spa.
This was a good reminder for me about going to chains for sugaring... I've been getting sugared for about 6 years and although I found a great technician in fishtown, decided to give this place a try out of location convenience and scheduling availability. But I'd rather deal with the commute than ever return here. My technician was incredibly unprofessional. I sometimes go longer periods without waxing and will shave in between (I know, not great, but we all have lives). I know how long the hair needs to be for a decent wax and I make sure it's that length before going in. Usually a technician will just tell me they can't get everything due to some shorter hairs and I never have an issue with this; I think of it as a clean up appointment and know the next one is always better. Nbd and technicians have always been kind and understanding. My technician sighed and asked me several times about shaving and exfoliating. The wax clearly was not warm enough because I've NEVER had discomfort during the simple application/spreading of the wax like I did during this appointment. She made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed the entire time, in addition to the waxing discomfort, and I basically had to say we were done before she finished. That's not even getting into the over-charging and clearly accommodating walk ins regardless of appointments on their books.
I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience at Brazilian Wax and Spa by Claudia. Serena, the receptionist, provided a professional and welcoming demeanor. Upon inquiring about service availability, Jessica efficiently addressed my needs, resulting in an appointment scheduled for the subsequent day. Due to scheduling adjustments, I was accommodated a day and an hour earlier than originally planned, despite the spa operating with reduced staffing. The esthetician, Jessica, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill. The spa maintained a clean and comfortable environment, contributing positively to the overall experience. I was particularly impressed with her attention to detail and commitment to client comfort, especially considering my recent surgery. I have communicated my preference for this spa to Jessica. In conclusion, I highly recommend this spa for Brazilian wax and spa services.
It was my first time back in 3 years and I booked with Jazmin after reading the reviews, she did not disappoint! Very sweet and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and she made it as painless as possible coming back. She’s awesome I’d definitely suggest to book with her when checking this place out ❤️🫶🏽
