Nice and friendly staff. Found them thru a 3rd party site and they normally didn’t accept same day tickets from 3 party booking and accommodated me and my son with not one ounce of making up feel bad. Very professional and my son definitely enjoyed destroying the room while I hid in the corner or the hall lol. Definitely a great place to visit. Family ran and owned and you can feel it.

My boyfriend and I went for a date night and we had a blast. Lindsay was the staff member who helped us, and he was fantastic! He was very kind and generous during our time there. It was very clean and well organized. We will for sure be coming back!!!

I took my little sister to Break Life as a Christmas gift on 1/6/2026, and it was a great experience. I found Break Life through Groupon, and although no one answered the phone when I called to make an appointment as Groupon recommended, I decided to stop by in person—and I’m glad I did. Kendall was incredibly helpful and got our appointment set up right away. We did the 15-minute break session, which was the perfect amount of time and a lot of fun. We watched the safety video, were provided with full protective gear (face shield, helmet, gloves, apron), had a speaker for our own smash playlist, and Kendall even took some memorable photos for us. We were given plenty of items to smash, including bottles, candles, glasses, a car bumper, stereos, stuffed animals, and more. The tools provided included a bat, crowbars, and a sledgehammer—the heaviest but definitely the most fun. I also rented boots for my sister ($7), which are required if you don’t bring your own. I recommend wearing pants for protection and comfort. Parking was a little confusing, but I parked in front of the building without any issues. The only downside was that the restrooms could be cleaner. Overall, it was a fun, stress-relieving experience, and we had an amazing time together. I would definitely recommend Break Life and would go again!

My friends took me here to celebrate my birthday and it was an amazing experience. Lindsey was so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. He checked in on us but also gave us the space to just let go. I can't wait to go back and break more things!

Great experience, safe family atmosphere!! Amazing customer service, fun environment, and their staff member Kendall made sure went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. There were several photo ops, well designed changing areas, lockers, and they provide protective equipment. We did the 30-minute break room, I would recommend it as a fun activity for couples, teams, or anyone who wants to blow off some steam. Thanks and we will be back!
