Mya was absolutely amazing. She listened to everything I wanted and adapted throughout our appointment. She made me feel so comfortable and cared for and this has got to be the best bridal experience I’ve had thus far. I love how customizable their gowns are and how affordable all their services are. While I didn’t say yes to the dress that night, I will definitely be returning for a dress!
Pretty dresses, big selection. Just not a lot in my own style. They have the Disney collection. Their dresses range from $2k-$15k. The store is clean and has great lighting. As for my experience, the workers were very kind, i appreciated them letting us browse for dresses. The man behind the desk was knowledgeable and informative- 5 stars for him! My appointment was first thing in the morning. I felt thrown to the side. I had to ask them for a dressing room. They pointed me to the un-lit dressing room farthest away. Nobody recommended dresses to me or asked what I was looking for. I had to shout a few times to get someone to help me into a dress. And when I was on the pedestal, all 3 of them were talking to 1 bride who was trying on her altered dress. Nobody cared or asked what I liked or didn’t like about the dresses I was trying on. I’m glad I didn’t have to pay for the appointment here because there’s no point making an appointment if no time was set aside for us. Even my dad noticed that they weren’t really helping me. I’m assuming they wrote me off because my wedding is in a year but I ended up saying yes at a different store later that day. They missed out on a no-budget sale 🤷♀️ i previously had a great experience as a walk in when I was looking for my courthouse wedding dress so I’m disappointed
We signed up for the Disney Fairy Tale Wedding and Honeymoon Tour hosted by Brides of San Diego. It was such a beautiful evening and I can’t express my thanks to Melissa/Rosa for helping me find my dream dress. They made my experience unforgettable. They really took into account what I was looking for. You’re able to look at the dresses and pick out the ones you’d like to try one. Again thank you Brides of San Diego, you’re forever part of my Fairy Tale come true.
I had such a wonderful experience with Rosa and the entire Brides of San Diego team! Everyone was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient throughout the process. I came in feeling nervous, but they immediately made me feel at ease, heard, and supported. They took the time to truly listen to my vision and offered thoughtful suggestions to help me find the perfect dress. You can tell they genuinely care about each bride and making the experience so special. A heartfelt thank you to the whole Brides of San Diego team and a special shoutout to Rosa for her dedication and for helping make my bridal dream come true! 🤍
I found my dream dress here! After walking into so many bridal shop and dealing with so many sales-y people, walking into here and meeting Cynthia and the owner Lonny was so amazing - Cynthia immediately treated me like family and showed me great options based on my criteria. We ordered one within the same hour! Delivery and alterations were also perfect and on time - they have the sweetest tailor as well! I recommend this place to any bride-to-be. Thank you guys 💕
