The Brightelm team supported the Bristol Veterinary School in hosting a three-day veterinary educational conference. Jonathan Richards from Brightelm led the event management team for this project and was ever available to problem solve with us as a committee. He supported our organising committee team in considering the design and planning of the event as well as delivering the conference. Brightelm supported the STI-ENID conference at the University of Bristol 2025, which i co-organised. It would have been literally inconceivable to have run the conference without them. The team are experts, very thorough, anticipated issues and put the right plans in place, flexible to work with the way we wanted the event run, and they all have an extremely helpful attitude. When we were planning a two-day virtual conference for an international audience, we brought in Brightelm to run the technology and coordinate pre-recorded and live presentations from our speakers. The event became much bigger and more complex than we had originally anticipated, with around 100 presentations from a global panel of speakers. Despite the complexities of language and time differences, and some late changes to the programme, Brightelm took everything in their stride and calmly came up with solutions for every issue we faced. We attracted more than 500 attendees, well exceeding our expectations, and have had excellent feedback, both from speakers who appreciated the kind and professional service they received from Brightelm and attendees, who reported that the conference was very well organised. In the lead up to the event, during the conference and after the event, Brightelm were extremely pleasant and professional to work with and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
