The most thoughtful and intentional shopping experience ive ever had. from the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with warm smiles. The manager is absolutely amazing And was willing to do whatever it took to make things work! Kayla Was the best bridal consultant, She made me feel so comfortable, And just when I thought i wasn’t going to be able to find a dress, She pulled my dream dress for me & I’m so excited to wear! This place is beyond just a bridal shop. they go above and beyond and prioritize customer experience
Most wonderful and peaceful experience I could have had. Especially with the previous experiences I had at other bridal shops. So happy to have found my dress. Nari was so sweet and helpful with my questions, doubts, everything. Felt no pressure by to hurry-up or to just buy anything. She was really an angel that was peacefully and joyfully helping me find my dress.
Had the best experience shopping for my wedding dress here! Was the only place we looked and said yes to my dress! I made an appointment and the person helping me was great. Their prices are very reasonable too. Since it's off the rack, you do get to take your dress home with you day of! Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Brilliant Bridal Dallas! Being very newly engaged, I was clueless when I walked in the door, but Payton asked all of the right questions and helped me to feel confident in what I wanted and did not want. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. My family and I were able to pick out several dresses and Payton added a few options as well. The staff assists you into each dress (to your comfort level) and are extremely knowledgeable on which alterations are feasible or not. The staff is extremely talented: they cultivate an atmosphere that is full service and helpful yet also provide the space for those special moments with your entourage. The best part is you are walking the door with your dress in hand, armed with vetted recommendations for alterations and realistic time lines. Side note, the natural light in this shop is so fabulous! If you are looking for a beautiful dress and a truly memorable experience, book here!
I cannot recommend Brilliant Bridal enough!! This was the best experience I have ever had while wedding dress shopping! Everyone was incredible, and my consultant, Layney was the best! She made me feel so comfortable through the entire appointment and was incredible at helping me find dresses to try on. She listened to my preferences and helped me find my dream wedding dress! The space is so inviting and there are so many options. The appointment time allotted was 90 minutes, so never felt rushed or like I was forced to buy a dress. This is truly the best bridal shop ever, please come to Brilliant Bridal! You won’t regret it!
