Excellent place to go to. I took an old mates damaged TV antenna in to see if it was repairable and told the guys what had happened to it. They gave me a quote, then got in touch 24 hrs later to say the job was done. Very friendly and helpful as well as knowing their stuff.
After calling several other shops, it was lovely to finally speak with someone who was enthusiastic about helping, with a friendly phone demeanour. Makes a big difference. Thanks!
I recently met Mark from Brisbane Electronic & Computer Repairs to ask for advice about my faulty printer. Mark gave me great advice and helped me with information about a replacement printer as mine was past repair. Mark assisted me to find a suitable replacement and showed me his own printer to allow me to see exactly what I was looking for. He gave me good advice on purchasing replacement toner cartridges and went out of his way to assist me. I found Mark to be extremely customer focused and very knowledgeable about his craft. I would recommend Mark to anyone requiring excellent customer service and advice. I will be using Mark's (and Peter's) business in the future for any computer repair needs. Thank you Mark.
Great experience. Thank you! My laptop had full system failure this week and I brought it here based on a recommendation and their great Google reviews. Pete was very helpful, friendly and transparent from the start, explaining everything in a way that I could understand. What could’ve been a stressful situation ended up being very smooth and I’m so happy with the outcome. He and Mark found a significant issue (a broken capacitor), fixed it quickly with communication through the process, and completed the work at a great price. Would definitely feel very confident to go back.
If you are looking at reviews to decide if you should use this business. I can hopefully give you some confidence (along with the other wonderful reviews). I had a dead 65" Sony TV. Instinct is to replace it with the latest model. However forking out around $4K for minor upgrades in quality just seamed wrong. Dealt predominantly with Peter, however I know Mark fixed the TV. Both of these guys are awesome. Easy to deal with, they know their craft and in my case came in under the estimate and quicker than expected. I don't know the extent of their expertise, but I would suggest if it's electronic, they can certainly either fix it or point you in the right direction. So great dealing with not only a small local business, but one that is nailing their craft. Nice one guys. I will be telling all my friends.
