I had a leaking hot water system and contacted Brisbane Plumbing who arranged for an appointment at a time that suited. Because of the age of the unit Shane gave me quotes on three different size units. The new unit was picked up and installed straight away. I found Shane to be very friendly and an excellent tradesman. Very happy with the service.
Outstanding experience! Professional and great customer service from the moment the call was made to the 1300 number and the booking made, right through to the completion of the job. Jake was great and he arrived early to complete two sink mixer tap replacements. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly an expert at what he does. Great communication and everything was explained clearly at each step of the process. This made for a stress free and no hassle experience. Highly recommend Brisbane Plumbing and Drainage as your go to plumbers!
Their marketing is better than their service. We had our tap replaced after hours back in September! Called up, had a plumber fix our tap at 7PM at night...excellent! Charged $1200. No problem. We understood call out fee + service. Great. Never received email for invoice that I was told would be sent through to me. Emailed service team to ask for copy of receipt, no reply for 3+ weeks. Then got a message to say that I'd be refunded $600 - fantastic! Thought it was too much anyway, but had a meeting to run to, so didn't think much of it...refund still took another week; then following up for the receipt... Was finally sent through with the original amount - not the revised invoice with the $600 deduction. Which I'm still awaiting months later for! So customer service is severely lacking here.
Had Matt from Brisbane plumbing and drainage out who quoted us up on a new hot water system and a kitchen mixer tap and a couple of plug-in waste for my vanity basins. Shane and Tom then came out to install them. The whole experience with Brisbane plumbing and drainage was fantastic. The guys are very knowledgeable to fantastic work and will definitely use them again.
