I called 12 "after hours" electricians at 6am and these guys were the only one to even answer the phone. They had someone out within 2 hours who was excellent, efficient and solved our issue for a good price. Very happy!

Ramzi took the call and went above and beyond to help. He patiently talked me through a number of possible causes, explaining everything clearly and calmly so I could understand what was happening. He never rushed the conversation and made sure I felt confident at each step. What really stood out was how committed he was to finding a solution over the phone, even though it would have been easier to just book a call-out. Thanks to his guidance, we solved the problem quickly without any stress. His professionalism, respectfulness, and deep technical knowledge were obvious throughout the conversation. It’s rare to come across a company that is this honest, helpful, and capable. Called Ramzi at 10:30pm on a Friday night after an urgent situation at home, he provided excellent service and open, honest and clear instructions with how to proceed. He was genuine, respectful and extremely patient which I greatly appreciated after what was a nervous situation for myself. I will be recommending this service to anyone that asks and Ramzi is a credit to the company and is an outstanding employee with great customer service.
