I had a very frustrating experience working with Brittany Thomas Faith. Throughout the process, most of my questions went unanswered or were significantly delayed, making communication extremely difficult. I found the work to be lacking attention to detail and overall responsibility. It felt that payment was prioritized, while client support and engagement were not. I would not recommend working with this lawyer unless your case is extremely straightforward and requires minimal communication.
Where to even start, I petitioned for my wife and daughter only 2 people. Both of their names where spelled wrong, at different times(spell checking your work I thought was common sense)and was told if they fixed my daughters it could delay things. She tells me too just have them correct it if it comes up in the interview. Like they needed anything else to worry about during the interview. Told me a fee of what it would cost and I paid it upfront at each part. Now get this Brittany changed firms and because she changed, I was charged for them to fix the mistakes that her own pervious firm made. Yes you read that right, I was charged for mistakes that her aide made and her new aide fixed. I HIGHLY SUGGEST USING SOMEONE ELSE! If it wasn't for other groups helping us, I can confidently say my family wouldn't have been here already. I have every interaction with her saved. AGAIN IF YOU WANT TO HAVE PROBLEMS AND STRESS THEN USE HER!
