Worst place ever. They don't care about anybody except for your money or your insurance. They sent a dementia patient home in a yellow cab and didn't call and tell me that they sent her home The cab driver drove around for over a half an hour and then they didn't even check to see if she made it home. everybody in the emergency room is just a bunch of idiots I call the emergency because my mom was threatening to harm herself and they didn't care. They just sent her home in a cab and didn't even tell anybody.
The absolute worst professionals work here. The ER nurse or PA, asked questions of which I answered about my hip being in pain and that’s what she put down as diagnosis. No use of any equipment such as X-ray, MRI or CT scan. Patients responses substituted actual medical examination. How much more incompetent could ER staff/physicians be. There was a scary scene too as bloodied patient, bed cuffed? was being wheeled around watched by DMPD. Smelled like death. I will NOT go back. This ER need investigated and medical staff retrained. Eerie feeling of misconduct engulfs this clinic. Will never go back. Never.
Very professional but caring staff. Highly recommend. I was in the Emergency Room within 10 to 20 minutes of arriving. ED YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL TEAM! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID. I had to have breast surgery the next day. Everyone made me feel very special.
Absolutely unacceptable level of care through the whole hospital. My care was mishandled and I was sent to the wrong department. I called repeatedly for the proper appointments and my prescriptions were denied refills by several doctors because they all felt someone else should do such tedious work and I was left without meds twice and became seriously ill and was seen at another ER because of this negligence. While repeatedly contacting the hospital I was hung up and yelled at just because I refused to give up on getting my prescriptions filled.
Took my father to urgent care. Dusty, at the front desk was amazing. She provided outstanding, fast and courteous service. She got my father registered and into urgent care within 3 minutes. I cannot say enough how amazing she is. Once at urgent care we waited less then 5 minutes and the nurse, Ellie, was very knowledgeable, and friendly. She was respectful to my father and to myself. I recommend asking to see her next time you come here. The facility was spotless and meticulously maintained. The waiting area and treatment room were clean and sanitized. Overall, the staff, Dusty and Ellie, and the facility were absolutely amazing. Kudos to Dusty and nurse Ellie, They were both very helpful and respectful.
