I went in looking for wax for my cheeks, and he offered to do it for free. After waxing, a few little hairs were left so he did threading as well, which made it look very clean. This kind of things should be highly appreciated and the atmosphere inside the shop is extremely good too.
Bad experience. The guy serving me had such an aggressive and rude manner, after seating me in the chair he told me he was going to the toilet. Ten minutes later,no apology or consideration. I did not feel safe to proceed and was disgusted by the lack of professionalism. I went to another store that knew how to respect a customer. The attitude and vibe is aggressive, masculine and unsafe. Thumbs down. The hairdresser spoke like a thug and treated me like i was wasting his time. After I sat down he said "im goin to the toilet". I didnt feel safe to proceed, so I left. Happy new year. I can acknowledge that the owner was polite and professional, however the staff member I dealt with was rude, dismissive and made me feel uncomfortable. Reply , You absolutely deserve it.. you chose to hire unprofessional thugs that disrespect customers?. then be prepared for criticism.
Friendly, professional service at a reasonable price! I recommend! (I walked in and got the hair on the back of my neck shaved: quick, easy & cheap!) The proprieter was lovely!
Got a haircut in Broadway yesterday and couldn’t be happier. The shop was clean, calm, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly from the moment I walked in. The barber really took the time to get it right, with great attention to detail and a perfect finish. It’s clear they care about what they do. Easily one of the best cuts I’ve had in a while, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
