HVAC Technician Daniel Bautista came through even though it was late in the evening, after running 4 calls already that day to access and diagnose a Furnace Project that I have been working on for quite some time, went over the system and all seemed well enough done from his experience, as we then decided to figure out why the furnace was not igniting. . . I have been trouble shooting for several weeks watching videos and testing and learning how the HVAC system operated, thinking it might be the control board though wanted to get an opinion for a experienced HVAC technician, as Daniel shared that he has about 5 Years of Experience and seemed fairly Knowledgeable and personable in a quirky manner. Explained the system operations and though rally gaining better insight on the furnace operation procedures, explained in detail other potential issues that could keep the furnace from operating correctly, and even deeper understanding of how the system can be adjusted. After going through several checks it was confirmed that most evidently it would probably be the control board that would need replacing, so after gaining a deeper understanding of the system operations, now I feel confident that the control board would need to be replaced.
Daniel B. was outstanding. He showed up on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with the heater system instead of just rushing through the job. He was thorough, honest, and you could tell he genuinely cared about doing things the right way. Everything was fixed efficiently, and he left the space clean and in great shape. It’s rare to find technicians this knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend Daniel B. and will absolutely be requesting him again.
James Handy from Brody Pennell was great! He solved the problem we were having of installing a new, upgraded Nest Learning Thermostat very quickly. He was courteous, communicative, helpful and well-informed. I would definitely recommend him.
Kyle was absolutely excellent. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my forced heating system, and handled the repair efficiently. What really stood out was his honesty—he didn’t try to upsell me on a new unit or push any major repairs I didn’t need. He explained everything clearly, did quality work, and left me feeling confident in the system. I really appreciate his professionalism and integrity. Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning are AWESOME! From start to finish, the entire AC installation process was a breeze. Their lead tech, Kyle, did the initial evaluation, taking over an hour to inspect my existing system. He then walked me through everything, answering all my questions and making sure I understood what was happening without any of the high-pressure sales talk you frequently get. He was so honest and detailed, going through all the options. Once we decided on the best approach, we scheduled a day and time. The Brody installation team showed up exactly when they said they would, working efficiently, professionally, and with a friendly demeanor. As a DIY handyman, I could tell they cared a lot about the quality of their work based on their attention to detail in the wiring and plumbing. They even made sure to clean up perfectly before they left. I'm SO glad I chose them because the service was top-notch, and now I have a fantastic new AC system. I'll definitely be calling them for all my future needs!
