This was my second experience with permanent makeup after an awful microblading experience several years ago, so I was understandably nervous. I found BrowBeat through ChatGPT as one of the highest-rated studios in my area, and within minutes of reaching out for more information, Tenielle personally called me back. She took her time answering my questions, listening to my concerns, and never made me feel rushed. From that very first conversation, I knew this was the studio for me. Tenielle was incredibly personable, patient, and reassuring, and I immediately felt I would be in good hands. I chose to do powdered brows, and my appointment could not have gone better. I have FFA and have almost lost all of my eyebrows completely, which has been deeply distressing and emotionally challenging. Tenielle showed genuine understanding and compassion for my situation, especially knowing my past experience. Her patience and attentiveness meant more to me than I can put into words. The results are absolutely beautiful, and truly life-changing. Having brows again has restored so much of my confidence, and I’m beyond grateful. Tenielle’s skill is exceptional, but what truly sets her apart is her outstanding customer service, empathy, and dedication to her clients. I cannot recommend BrowBeat and Tenielle highly enough!
I could not say enough good things about Tenielle and Brow Beats. I needed help with a correction from old microblading and she was fantastic. She took lots of time with me, figuring out what we wanted to do in color and shape, and lots of time actually doing the work and getting it right. She is meticulous, and very knowledgeable in what she is doing. And she seems to truly care about her clients and the quality of her work. I highly recommend Tenielle and Brow beats!
