Brunker Road Vet is the best! I have been coming here for 3 months with my two kittens (Inky and Plop) and the team is just amazing. My cats and I receive the most thoughtful, compassionate and caring service every time. I am always treated with kindness and respect every time I visit, and I feel like a valued person! Special shout out to our vet, Dr Mcdougal, and Ash, for taking the time to answer as many questions as possible about my babies. I recommend everyone go here for their fur babies! You will be well taken care of 🥰🐈⬛🐈
I could not speak more highly of Brunker Road Vets. From the wonderful reception staff to the experienced vets and vet nurses, the care has been outstanding. My beautiful kelpie, Betty, has had a few health issues over the last couple of years and recently went through a pretty major surgery. Thank you so much to Sue for following her instincts and digging deeper when things just didn’t seem quite right. Because of that, they discovered a tumour on her spleen. Thank you to Lucy for successfully removing it and taking such incredible care of her. The level of compassion, professionalism and dedication shown to Betty has been exceptional. Nothing is ever too much trouble for this team, they take the time to explain everything clearly, and I’ve always felt completely informed about diagnoses, medications and care plans. We are incredibly lucky that her tumour is benign and that we get to spend more time with our beautiful girl. All of the staff at Brunker Road Vets have been extraordinary, and I’m so grateful to have such an amazing team caring for Betty.
Absolutely amazing vet practice. All of the staff are lovely. Our beautiful girl (dog) Molly had a tumour and needed surgery. She also had a yeast infection in her ears. They got the job done so quickly from initial consult to surgery, stitches coming out next week. Her ears have cleared up. So professional, kind and kept us calm with giving us all the information. Also pricing was so reasonable. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
From the phone etiquette to the front office staff to the nurses right through to the vets, this clinic knows how to take care of pets with respect, understanding and heart. My boy has been a regular with a tricky management plan over the last month and this team have been so supportive every step of the way. From managing the difficult needs of my dogs to managing his high maintenance mama (me 🙈) they haven’t skipped a beat. They have responded to every nervous request and overthought question with such beautiful consideration. I cannot recommend this team of people enough to take care of your fur baby. Thank you guys, you’re an outstanding group of individuals!
Our little cocker spaniel Tinkerbell who is only 1 yr old was feeling so unwell and was cared for by wonderful Dr Emily and Vet nurse Izzy. They communicated with us constantly, showered our little girl with lots of cuddles and they didn’t care how many times we rang. The beautiful girls at the front desk always made a point of reassuring us every time we spoke and always passed on our messages. We have always taken our pets to Brunker Rd and they are just like a family. They care above and beyond what is expected and they love and support our animates if they were their own. We cannot thank all the staff at Brunker Rd enough for the love and support they gave to our little Tinky. They are beautiful people inside and out. We would never go anywhere else. ❤️
