Nobody wants to have their entire HVAC system replaced with no notice. Ours died during a cold snap. We called Southern Air and Branden, Roberto, and the crew made an unexpected crisis as easy as possible. Branden was honest about what could and couldn't be done and the next morning, Roberto and his crew arrived with a full complement of equipment, a way to wrangle it through the twists and turns of a 100+-year-old house, and when they left that afternoon, they took everything with them as if they had never been there. Our house has NEVER been so warm. We have been on a maintenance plan with Southern Air (under several other names) since the day we moved in, and they have always been stellar. We couldn't recommend them more highly.
Troy came out and explained to my husband and i what kind of air conditioners that we needed. He answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure he answered all of our questions and we could call him if we thought of any more. Chad and Romalis replaced our downstairs unit. They were very professional and made sure they explained everything to me . Michael and Kris replaced our other downstairs unit. They were very knowledgeable and very polite. We are very pleased and would recommend this company to our friends. Thank you so much to everyone that was working at our house . Thank you Cindy and Greg Strewart.
Explained the issues, his entities sided when stating me details I did not notice. Explained my warranty, went the extra mile- literally- to get a new board and truly made the repair easy. Great service!
Miguel arrived first thing in the morning. He took his time with my 2 AC units for my rental. Miguel is very professional and took his time explaining to me what he was doing and his thoughts to extend the life of my 2 AC and heater units and contenders. I hope I can get him the next time I need service.
Jonathan was a great guy to work with, he was a total professional in every way possible. Him and his crew worked hard and efficiently throughout the day and kept me informed during the whole process. I would definitely recommend them with the utmost confidence.
