My go-to body shop in SF! Bryant-Bay Area Auto Body has helped me out twice in the past year. First time my car was stolen and had some damage. And this time I got rear-ended. They were really considerate with my time - ordering the parts before I brought the car in to be the most efficient. They sent me pictures all along the way. The service level is super high and my car bumper looks brand new. Highly recommend - I won't be going anywhere else.

I’ve been to Bryant Bay Area Auto Body twice now for two separate incidents (ah, SF living): once when my car was rear-ended and vandalized, and another time when it was hit while parked. Both times, they went above and beyond in every possible way. Ian, who runs the shop, is absolutely fantastic. He works directly with the insurance companies to make sure you get OEM parts, even when it’s not the easiest route. I drive a 2002 BMW E46 M3—not the easiest car to source or repair—and Ian made sure every part was correct, every detail matched, and the result was flawless. What really sets this shop apart is how much care they put into their work. Ian not only fixed the reported damage, but also took it upon himself to repair scratches and imperfections I hadn’t even noticed—just because he’s a genuinely good guy who takes pride in his work. The service is top-tier: frequent photo updates, great communication, and absolutely unmatched quality. Luis, who works at the shop, is also incredibly kind and helpful. When I picked up the car, it had been polished and deep cleaned inside and out—truly looked better than ever. This kind of attention to detail is rare and deserves recognition. If you need any kind of bodywork done, I can’t recommend this place enough. These guys are the real deal.
This shop was and is great!!! They go beyond what they said they would do! I was very impressed. EXTREMELY happy with the outcome of my car! I HIGHLY recommend them...whether they are approved or not approved by your particular insurance company or you want a GREAT body shop...they are the ONE to go to!!! YES YES YES!!!!! Made my 2002 Beetle look brand new once again! THANK YOU!!!
