This place used to be such a beautiful restaurant. It's still beautiful but it seems like it's not as busy anymore like it used to be. The food used to be out of this world fresh from scratch we used to come here all the time. I came the other day for my birthday. The place was completely empty. Our waitress wasn't that friendly to begin with. We had ordered the bruschetta that was amazing. You definitely get your money's worth on that. We ordered a large salad and a large lasagna. Both of those were absolutely unedible. The lasagna that used to be fabulous feels like it's been sitting there for days and they just stuck it in a microwave it did not taste good at all. The salad everything had big chunks nothing was nicely cut it was a very hard to eat. This used to be such a beautiful place to eat that was always so busy. I know due to the economy a lot of places have slowed down. But what I noticed here is the love that they used to put into the food is non-existent. You can tell that they don't put any effort into what they've been doing. I hate to give this review a bad review because I used to love this place so much. They used to have the best meatballs and unfortunately they smelled like cat food and tasted very bland. Please bring this place back up to what it used to be. This is such a beautiful place I would love to see it back to where it used to be. I love the family style eating I love what this place used to be I'm so sad to see how it is now. I went for my birthday and since I signed up with an old email I couldn't even get my birthday reward.
The food was really good but the service was really slow especially since they weren’t busy. Our drinks never got refilled either. The man who sat us and brought us our food was great but the waitress wasn’t really around. Also I think you should have the salad before the meal not with the meal.
Had a great experience at Buca di Beppo! The food was delicious, especially the carbonara!! it instantly became my favorite. Meryl took amazing care of me the whole time. She was friendly, attentive, and made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
This was our first time, everything was wonderful. We'd never been to a family style restaurant, WOW!! We just had leftovers and there's more for another meal. Thank you to the entire staff for showing up, being there for all of us on Thanksgiving day.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The service is great! Our waitress, Laura was extremely helpful, very professional, kind and attentive. She doesn’t miss a beat! Her service is impeccable! Everything done in a timely fashion. She is definitely a great asset to this restaurant. She’s is among a wonderful staff. Everyone is kind and they make you feel comfortable. The food is superb! The portion size literally feeds everyone at the table. It was my birthday celebration and my dessert was amazing. Absolutely loved every minute of this experience. We will be back!
