It’s rare to find such high-quality customer service, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. The quality of the work on my vehicle was top-notch—it looks brand new again. The associates hand washed my car before and after the work. I popped into Bucktown Auto Body because I had scraped the side of my car on the edge of my garage panel. They graciously took the majority of the dent out and buffed out the major scratches for free. I am so incredibly impressed with their customer service! Highly recommend these folks!

i’ve gotten my car fixed here twice now! they’re extremely efficient, keep you updated the entire process and kind! my car was fixed within 2 days and came home cleaned out on the inside too which is always a nice perk :) will forever be getting my car fixed here!
