Update: The technician arrived about an hour late but was thorough and found an additional crack another company missed. However, after missing two appointment windows with no proactive communication and providing a much higher-than-expected quote, we decided not to move forward. This company missed both of my scheduled appointment windows. They didn’t show up yesterday during the time they promised and only contacted me after I reached out first. They said they would come first thing this morning, but again, they failed to arrive during the stated window and provided no update. This wasted my time and came across as very unprofessional. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
We've used Buenos services several times in the past couple of years. Always happy with their people and performance. Today, Kevin quickly cleared a difficult clog in the toilet -- after 2 days of my amateur attempts.
It is the second time I have been using the technicians from this company. Each time I was pleased with professionalism, competency , honesty and reasonable pricing. I will definitely use this company for my future projects. I have already started recommending them to my friends.
My parents needed some piping fixed under the house which was causing a water leak. I messaged Kevin Bueno personally and his office called us within 10 minutes to setup an appointment! They were fast and efficient with their work! Edgar came out quoted them for the job and came the next day to fix the issue. We will be using Bueno Plumbing for any future needs and will be recommending him to anyone who needs a plumber! Thanks again Kevin for helping my parents out!
I had a leak in a 30 year old copper pipe going to my pool filter. Spent 3 days talking to about 6-7 plumbers to get an estimate. 2 of them showed up in person and one gave a quote over the phone by responding to a picture of the leak. First one gave a quote of almost $1000 and would not provide details on how exactly they will fix the leak. Second one gave an almost double quote but also suggested replacing the entire buried pipe for unknown 1000's of $$ more. Third one gave a quote in the same range but could not schedule the job for weeks. Finally, we got Edgar from Bueno Plumbing. Showed up on time, assessed the job requirements in detail, gave a competitive quote 15 minutes later in writing and scheduled the job 2 days later. The work was done in an extremely professional manner and on time. It took him about 3 hours to finish the job. You can see the before and after pics below. This is how a professional service experience should be. The job was guaranteed for a year. I would not look at any other plumbing service in the future.
