Found this amazing place on Google after having a flat. They were incredibly helpful and even checked my tyres. The service was fantastic and the prices were very affordable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Great!
I experienced a tire puncture today in Leeds and visited this establishment. They efficiently replaced my tire within 20 minutes, and their pricing was competitive. I appreciate their prompt service.
So I popped into these two guys and the service was absolutely top notch. Very impressed with their work & the tyres i had put on are cheaper than elsewhere. A well known tyre so not Mickey Mouse. So don’t go anywhere else but go to Burley Road Tyres
Do not go to this place. The main lad that was there was extremely rude to me when I took my car in yesterday for two tires to be changed. Very disrespectful, poor attitude and kept huffing snd puffing at me as I was asking him questions as I was unsure. He wasnt clear on his pricing, at first he said £40 a tire then 30 mins later he said £65 since my tire size is big. Why didnt he say that at the very beginning??? Then when we did actually arrive we got there and had told him in the end we'll pay him £130 for the tires so he said okay. Another customer came in a blue Porsche and he did his tire first and not mine when I was already there??? So he made me wait an hour for nothing??? A tool that he needed which I had in the boot of my car (lug nut) he lied about it not working properly then somehow it did in the end...an excuse to not do my tires for me.??? This behaviour is just unacceptable and I will take this business in a court hearing because its just very unprofessional. Ill add my car below so he remembers who this is:
Don’t use these guys. They aren’t fit to change tyres / wheels. I used them to swop over some alloys wheels and they didn’t use a torque wrench to put the wheels back on and as a result my wheel came loose and came off whilst driving down the motorway!!!! Thankfully no one was injured!! I’ve approached them to recover expenses incurred and so far I’ve been ignored… DO NOT USE THEM They will be getting taken to small claims court.
