Had the most bizarre interaction with this company. I called their office and what appeared to be a young female answered the phone. I told her I was X company and wanted to inquire about potential partnership on an IT. position I am managing. She then said, "What do you want?" - I said, "You are a staffing agency, correct?" She said, "Yes, we are not interested." I then asked for feedback as to why and she again said, "Ya, we aren't interested and hung up on me." -Wow.
