Cafe & Life Co on Seventh Street in Vancouver is totally one of my go-to cozy spots for unwinding, getting some work done or hanging out with friends! As soon as you walk in, the warm lighting, rustic wooden furniture and lush greenery wrap you in such a welcoming vibe that you’ll never want to leave. I grabbed a flat white and the salmon guacamole bagel here today, and both were chef’s kiss! The flat white was perfectly brewed—super smooth with velvety microfoam on top, rich coffee flavor with zero bitterness, it’s the ultimate pick-me-up. The salmon guacamole bagel was absolute perfection too; the bagel was toasted to golden, crispy perfection, stuffed with fresh, tender smoked salmon and creamy, zesty guacamole, a hint of lemon brightens every bite, so satisfying and flavorful. The staff are so friendly and attentive, always happy to suggest their seasonal specials. Even on busy weekends, the vibe stays chill and laid-back, no loud chaos at all. This place is such a hidden gem in Vancouver—I’m already a total regular and will definitely bring more friends to check out this lovely little haven soon!

Loved my visit to &life co. W 7th! They just launched a new lineup of bagels and waffles and everything we tried was amazing. The Dubai Chocolate Waffle came fresh and warm, topped with chocolate, ice cream, and pistachio — such a treat. The Matcha Redbean Cream Cheese Bagel was the highlight for me: super generous with the filling, and the mix of sweet and savory flavors worked perfectly. Their drinks are also a must — from creamy lattes to refreshing fruit ades, everything looked beautiful and tasted just as good. The café has cozy vibes and friendly staff, definitely a spot I’d come back to for both desserts and drinks. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cute café with unique menu items in Vancouver!
Cozy, cute and overall pretty worth the visit. I bought an iced tiramisu latte and a salmon guacamole bagel. The tiramisu latte was fantastic, loved it. The salmon guacamole was mostly guac. I am not joking, that thing was loaded with guac. Fantastic guacamole though so im not mad, but i wish i couldve tasted the salmon a little better lol.
My love dessert cafe in Broadway. Refreshing and cute ambiance let me feel so relaxed. The staffs were friendly as well. They had one of the best croissant which was soft pillowy, flaky, and had perfect buttery layers with air in between. Really love their plain croissant! If you visit in the early morning, you can smell the amazing air. Besides plain one, I also like teriyaki chicken one, chicken with the sweet sauce seasoning well. Canele was also their signature but that day I had a soft one which was different from I had previously. It should be crunchy outside. The new drink—tiramisu black caught my appetite. Sweet cream cheese foam made the black coffee more interesting. If you are a person who doesn’t like pure black, you could try this one.
